One of the most easily treatable forms of cancer is testicular cancer, yet many cases – too many – go unnoticed and undiagnosed and, in tragic circumstances, lead to fatalities. It is highly recommended that every man checks regularly for signs of testicular cancer, and this can be done as part of your regular penis exercise regime or, if you do not carry out regular exercise, as a standalone examination.
There are still many men who find it difficult to broach problems of the penis with their medical practitioner, but if there is anything that is noticeable – a rash or a lump, for instance – then it needs to be discussed, examined and diagnosed. Embarrassment is, after all, a poor excuse for allowing cancer to go untreated.
A lump, often painless yet sometimes accompanied by an ache in the groin, is a common sign of testicular cancer, and other signs include swelling of the testes and pain in the scrotum; those men who do indulge in regular penis exercise are likely to notice these things and are therefore more likely to reach an earlier diagnosis. Whatever your situation keep an eye out for the unusual, and you could be a life saver.
