Many men suffer from anxiety and concern that their penis is not large enough and, as a result, turn to penis exercise as a solution. There is considerable debate as to whether such exercises actually enlarge the penis, although there is plenty of evidence that the practice of ‘jelqing’ – and ancient exercise the involves stroking the penis as if milking it, and enhancing the blood flow as a result – has been carried out since ancient times and with great effect.
Carried out regularly there is every reason why increasing the capacity of the areas of the penis that carry the blood should enhance the size; furthermore, the added benefits of such include prolonged and more potent performance in sexual activities, thanks to the ability to hold an erection longer.
The subject of penis exercise is one that will always be rife with controversy, but there is no doubt that, if carried out correctly (and there is much information available both on the internet and elsewhere) it has benefits beyond simply enhancing size. A better performing penis is, after all, a healthy one and if a man is prone to give his penis regular attention he is also more likely to uncover any spots or rashes, or even sinister lumps, that may indicate a more serious health problem.
